In general, you can browse the leadfactory website without disclosing any information about yourself at all. Submitting personal information on our site is optional.

When you submit an enquiry we ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number and criteria specific to your enquiry. This information is then shared with selected suppliers, sourced by us.

If you register your company as a supplier we ask for information such as your name, phone number, email address, address, company details, etc...

How do we protect your personal details?

We have strict procedures governing the storage and disclosure of personal details to prevent unauthorised access and misuse.

Your personal information is password-protected. Only leadfactory and the relevant list of suppliers for you to select from have access to your information.
